Security
We build Probapedia to protect user data and maintain platform integrity. Our architecture operates on the principles of least privilege and strict data isolation.
1. Data Encryption
- In Transit: All communication between your browser and our application is encrypted using current TLS standards.
- At Rest: All user data, chat histories, and account records are encrypted at the storage layer.
2. Platform Architecture
- Data Isolation: The platform enforces strict access controls so that no user can access another user's data.
- Credential Management: System credentials and sensitive configurations are managed securely and are never exposed to the public client.
- Monitoring: We deploy automated monitoring and traffic filtering to detect and block malicious activity before it reaches the application.
3. Authentication
Access to the analytical engine requires a verified email session. We use one-time secure links (magic links) to authenticate users without requiring passwords. Sessions are managed via secure, HTTP-only cookies.
4. Safety and Abuse Prevention
Every prompt submitted to the engine passes through automated safety and policy filters. This system intercepts:
- Attempts to bypass system instructions or extract internal logic.
- Queries outside the scope of trading education.
- Crisis situations (e.g., expressions of self-harm or severe financial distress) which trigger a specialized safety protocol rather than a standard analytical response.
5. Responsible Disclosure
We welcome security researchers. If you discover a vulnerability in our platform, report it to [email protected]. Please include a detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce it. We will acknowledge your report promptly and coordinate a fix before public disclosure.
